Cooking Instructions

    Wash and slice/ dicethe cabbage, sausage, onions, carrots.

    Ground the pepper and garlic together.

    Boil the potatoes with a pinch of thyme and salt, till it’s soft but not too soft. Drain the potatoes and set aside also.

    Put a pan on fire add a little vegetable oil into it and hit for few minutes with the sliced onion, grounded pepper and garlic.

    Add the diced sausages and potatoes. Stir fry for few minutes. Add a little curry salt and maggi cubes to taste.

    Still while stir frying add the sliced cabbage and carrots stir fry for few minutes. Don’t let the cabbage over cook it wouldn’t look or taste as appetizing as this. Cover and turn off the heat and allow all the sauce to cool off a bit. The heat will steam the carrots and allow the sauce blend into a mouthwatering taste💕
