Steps

Cut onion into thick round slices, soak in cold water and damp with kitchen towel to drain water, make a batter using flour, corn flour, milk, egg, salt, spices, seasonings and dip onions in the batter, then coat with bread crumbs and keep aside

Repeat the same process and keep to rest for 10mins, then fry until golden brown and serve with some dipping sauce.
