Mimosa salad is a popular in Ukraine festive «New Year» salad. Whose main ingredients are cheese, eggs, canned fish, onion, and mayonnaise.Mimosa salad got its name because of its reminiscence of "mimosa", spring flowers, scattered on the snow. The similarity is achieved by crumbling and scattering boiled egg yolk on the surface.

Dedicated to my cousin Lee Williams. He calls everything his "Jonzo!" And when he made this fish today it was awesome! So, I named it, MY CUZZO'S JONZO!

One of the best things in Hawaii is their mac salad. It's a deceptively simple dish that's hard to get right. This is my attempt, cobbled together from a few different sources and tweaked to my own taste.

My mother was the salad maker until I was asked 1 yr, now I am asked for every event. This recipe is not for a family of 3 or less unless you plan to share with friends.

I love deviled eggs, and I like egg salad though I think the flavor is often ruined by adding huge chunks of celery and way too much sweet relish. I've adapted my own deviled egg recipe into salad form, and it is now what I personally prefer as an egg salad. Serve on crackers for a little textural crunch.

Hubby and I are doing a "Salad Only Week" so I thought I'd share some of the less traditional salads we enjoy!

I just attended a summer party with my family and had my sister’s potato salad. It was fantastic. Very different from my other recipes. It had a lot of egg in it which I loved.

I originally saw this idea posted by a friend on Facebook and thought it sounded like an interesting alternative to ham salad (because let's face it ham can be expensive). I took the basic idea posted and modified it with some of my own changes and additions. It's actually really yummy!

A very healthy meal that has a mixture of all food groups! The goat cheese and nuts adds to the taste and is a great substitute for salad dressings.

I know the ingredients sound like they'd never go together but this is surprisingly delicious. It's my hubby's favourite 😉
