Cooking Instructions

For the garri, heat water and allow to boil then add garri to cover up the water and add little more water on it then cover and turn after 2-3 mins.

For the efo oriro, cook meat and fry fish till soft and set aside, fry tomatoes paste till dry, add seasoning, crayfish salt and little stock from boiled meat and fish (very little so the soup won't be watery) allow to boil add vegetable and stir then add chopped onions and allow to simmer for 2-5 mins then remove from heat.

Serve with made garri.
