Ingredients

  1. Long grain rice
  2. Fresh pepper (chopped)
  3. Locust beans
  4. Crayfish (rough blend)
  5. Water or meat stock
  6. Onions (chopped)
  7. Fried fish
  8. Vegetable (moringa)
  9. Seasonings and spices
  10. Oil
  11. Daddawa (grinded)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice with warm water until clear, then drain. Set aside. Put water or stock in a clean pot then bring to boil

  2. 2

    Add fresh pepper, seasonings and spices, oil, Fried fish, crayfish, and
    Locust beans and daddawa. Bring to a boil, then add in the rice.

    Reduce the heat and allow to cook for about 20 minutes. Add fresh pepper and stir.

  4. 4

    Add moringa and Chopped onion then allow to simmer until it’s soft and cooked.
