Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. ,Iru,
  3. Okpehe,
  4. crayfish,
  5. Ram meat,
  6. meat stock,
  7. yellow pepper,
  8. cameroun pepper,
  9. salt,
  10. knorr chicken cubes,
  11. ugwu leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and Per boil the rice. Pour Per Boiled rice in a colander to drain the water

    Wash and boil the ram meat

  3. 3

    Get an empty pot. Pour vegetable oil in it and add some palm oil. fry the meat half way. Add onions,fresh pepper

  4. 4

    Add the ram meat stock,seasonings and after 2 minutes,add the rice. Allow to cook till rice is soft.

  5. 5

    Add the chopped ugwu leaves, cover the pot for 2 mins and the local Jollof Rice is ready.
