Cooking Instructions

    Pa boil rice and pour out in a seve. Slice the tomatoes and onions, blend the crayfish and pepper, wash the dried fish and remove the bones

    Place a dry pot on the fire, add palm oil and allow to heat

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and onions allow to fry, add pepper and crayfish allow to fry

  4. 4

    Add dried fish and dawadawa, add water and allow to boil

  5. 5

    Add rice and allow to cook until rice is cooked and water is dried up
