Ingredients

1 salad
  1. Stockfish
  2. Abacha
  3. Salt
  4. leavesUtazi
  5. Dry pepper
  6. Onion
  7. Palmoil
  8. Crayfish
  9. Ngor
  10. cubesMaggi

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the stockfish to be chewable adding salt and maggi cubes.Wash the utazi leaves then slice.mix in a bowl palmoil and ngor it will give a yellpw paste.mix again with dry pepper,salt,crayfish and onion then rinse the abacha and pour in.mix till is well mixed.add the sliced utazi and stockfish.

    Slice onion in big slices and eat with it.
