Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 Cflour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 tbaking soda
  4. 1/2 tsalt
  5. 2/3 Csugar
  6. 8 ozcream cheese
  7. 2 sticksunsalted butter at room temp
  8. 3.4 ozlemon pudding powder
  9. 3 tlemon extract

    Whisk together baking soda, flour, and salt.

    Beat cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy with an electric mixer.

    Add pudding. Mix together.

  4. 4

    Add eggs. Mix together.

  5. 5

    Add lemon extract. Mix together.

    Use a rubber spatula to fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients to form a dough.

    Refridgerate dough for 15 minutes.

    Make 1 inch cookies and bake at 350° for approximately 8-10 minutes or when bottoms of cookies begin to brown.
