Ingredients

  1. For the dough: 2cups flour,1TB salt,2TB oil. For the filling;minced meat,chopped carrots(optional),chopped spring onions,1tb curry powder,salt,crushed pepper,seasoning,garlic,oil for deep frying

    In a bowl,mix flour,salt and rub in the oil in the flour to get a breadcrumbs texture. Add 1 to 2 TBS of water,begin to knead adding water as required. knead to form a dough.

    Divide dough into 10equal portions. Take 2portions,dust in flour roll into about 4-inch circles. cover the oiled and flour dusted circle with the other circle.

    On a hot skillet on low flame. place the sheets,you will notice bubbles appearing,immediately flip the other side. Remove from skillet.Repeat steps for the remaining portion.

    Using a knife cut each sheets into 3portion.you have 30sheets.

    For the filling: Heat up oil in a pan,add onions,stir fry and add the minced meat n seasoning,carrots,crushed pepper,curry,salt,garlic,ginger and little water. Make sure the water is dried out

    Bring out the sheet and put 2spoon full of the filling n fold like this
