  1. Tamarin (tsamiya)
  2. Sugar
  3. Ginger
  4. Clove

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the sugar in a pan until golden brown add the saoke tamarin, add grounded ginger, and clove add more water and allow it to boil for about 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Sieve the tamarin mixture and add sugar to your taste refrigerate for at least 1 hour and enjoy
