Cooking Instructions

Wash and slice ur ugwu, tomatoes,pepper and onions separately and set aside

In a pot,heat up little oil,fry ur onions,pepper,tomatoes paste and tomatoes, add curry,thyme,knorr and little salt and fry for abt 3-4mins.

Add little water or stock and bring to a boil.

Add ur spaghetti and cook till almost done.

Add ur ugwu and cook for abt 3-4 mins and set aside.

Ur Jollof spaghetti with ugwu is ready.

U can enjoy with diced fried plantain and fried chicken
