I have attempted so many bread type doughnut recipes. I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these! You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil. So please control the amount of moisture in the dough. I increased the amount of butter to give it a richer taste. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by narimi mama cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Milk Doughnuts Fluffy Milk Doughnuts
I wanted to make doughnuts that used milk. This is something I learned how to make a long time ago.About the timer setting..When you first put the dough in, hit your timer. Once two minutes have passed, turn them over and hit your timer again. Doing this makes sure that both sides have the same even color. For 10 doughnuts. Recipe by jelwee cookpad.japan -
Potato Doughnuts 🥔🥯🥳 Potato Doughnuts 🥔🥯🥳
One of the favorite desserts for both adults and children, let's call them doughnuts, rings, or fritters, they are uniquely delicious, soft, and tasty. They are especially made in February, during Carnival time, but also throughout the year. Made in the evening, they can replace dinner when accompanied by a nice glass of milk or simply your favorite drink. Shall we get baking? Baked Doughnuts Baked Doughnuts
These are simply so good and just as delicious as fried doughnuts. This is a keeper for all your doughnut cravings and they go well with pretty much any toppings or stuffings. They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients. Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality. Baked Rice Flour Doughnuts Baked Rice Flour Doughnuts
I'm into desserts made with rice flour and I wanted to make chewy baked doughnuts. You just mix and bake these, so there aren't really any hints. These doughnuts are not very sweet, so you may want to increase the amount of honey (or sugar). You could drizzle honey or sprinkle sugar to finish. Recipe by Orenjiringu cookpad.japan -

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -
Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts
For Krispy Kreme doughnuts, I heard that you should not use bread flour (I don't know whether or not this is true) , so I used cake flour instead. They're the best freshly cooked. If they have cooled, just heat them up slightly in the microwave and dig in. Use whatever you like for the toppings. Recipe by Chopomama cookpad.japan -
