8 People
  1. 6 PoundsPork Tenderloin
  2. To TasteSalt
  3. Sauce
  4. 4 Oz.Soy Sauce
  5. 3 TablespoonsBrown Sugar
  6. 2 TablespoonsGinger Powder
  7. 2 Oz.Sake
  8. 1 TablespoonPaprika
  9. 1 TeaspoonFlour
  10. 1 Oz.White Vinegar
  11. To TasteSesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions

3 hours
  1. 1

Wash the Pork Tenderloin with plenty of water. Place it on a baking tray and add Salt to taste on both sides.

  2. 2

For the sauce, pour the Soy Sauce, Sake and White Vinegar in a bowl and stir. Add the Ginger Powder, Paprika, Brown Sugar and Sesame Seeds.

  3. 3

    Mix well.

  4. 4

Pour the Sauce over the Pork Tenderloin and let it rest inside the fridge for at least half an hour. If this step can be done overnight, it would be ideal.

  5. 5

Cook the Pork Tenderloin for one and a half hours at low heat, turn it and cook for another one and a half an hours. We cooked it in the Chinese Box, but it can be done in the oven or a grill with a hood.

  6. 6

Put the remaining sauce in a pot and add the flour. Stir well until it thickens.

  7. 7

Serve the Pork Tenderloin and pour the sauce over. Enjoy!
