Cooking Instructions

    Cook cocoa yam and pound and set aside

  2. 2

    Boil the goat meat with seasoning cubes and when almost cooked add stock fish and allow to cook

  3. 3

    Add pounded peppers and crayfish water, seasoning cubes and dry fish and allow to boil

  4. 4

    Add the pounded cocoa yam and ogiri with palm oil and allow the cocoa yam to dissolve

  5. 5

    Add uziza and oha leave and allow to cook and u can serve with any swallow of ur choice
