Crunchy, sweet and nutty.

Snowball Cookies
nom nom nom. also, u can substitute granulated sugar for the confectionary sugar in the mixed ingredients to make a sweeter version. I prefer them to be half cookie half pastry-esque.

Cornflake Cookies
Cornflakes can be used for anything. Just a bit of fact they used to use cornflakes in old movies as snow. Lon Chaney got one lodged in his throat during filming of the movie Thunder and later he died from throat cancer, caused by the cornflakes, which caused a throat hemorrhage that never healed despite many attempts to help him.

Soft Snowball Cookies
I wanted to eat tasty cookies, so I made the recipe I used to make for my kids. I thought they needed a little something else, so I added different ingredients and came up with this.I made this with twice the amount of ingredients so the photos would be clearer. For the egg, just one yolk is OK.Any kind of butter or margarine is fine.If the dough in Step 4 is too soft, add a little more pancake mix. Make sure you don't over-bake! Recipe by ko-ko
