Cooking Instructions

    Cut and wash the chicken into desired pieces. Put in a pot together with slices onions, seasoning of your choice, salt and spices, and cook

    Grate the scotch bonnet, slice onions, shred green and red pepper.

    Fry the cooked chicken in veg oil until light brown

  4. 4

    The next step is to fry the grated scotch bonnet with little veg oil

  5. 5

    Add the shredded green and red pepper and continue to stir until slightly done

  6. 6

    Add the fried chicken and spices of choice, and stir for 2-5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve in a nice bowl
