This is a very easy recipe to put together for a time when you want to snack on something light yet super flavorful..this is kind of a brownie cake that needs no frosting -super portable and freezes well

Fall is around the corner and it's time for warm spices baking!I found the original recipe online but I've adapted it a little (it was a little too sweet) and have to say that now it's AWESOME!!Let me add that the topping is very dense and sticky; making it,I thought it would be hard and crunchy but it's not❤️❤️Enjoy!!❤️❤️

Mochi cake is a Hawaiian/Japanese-American rice cake made with sweet rice flour. It is often made with red bean paste, but I used purple yam jam for my Filipino family. The cake was lighter than the one with red bean paste, and the family loved it!

This recipe was made by me for a happy new year party. We enjoyed it and i hope you do too.

I was looking for an easy AP cake recipe and I find this version to be easy and tasty.

Its a simple cake. Easy to make for beginners.

I prefer this anytime over any other cake coz it is simple with fragrance of fresh vanilla into it, and doesnt need any icing sugar on topand no refrigeration required ;)... enjoy it with tea /coffee or as a quick dessert bite :)
