Ingredients

  1. Kuka
  2. 4 cubesMaggi
  3. 4Pepper
  4. HalfOnions
  5. Meat
  6. 1 sachetWhite maggi
  7. 1little red oil
  8. 2tlbsp Beans
  9. Pottash

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend onions and pepper, in a pot add meat, seasoning, beans and the blended papper and onions, no need to fry,add water and allow to boil add red oil let it boil untill meat is soft

  2. 2

    Sift kuka, add a little cold water into the one boiling before you whisk the kuka, for it to get smooth without lumps,add small pottash and whisk kuka

    Enjoy, you can eat miyan kuka with Tuwon shinkafa

    Note! I did not use daddawa,and if you dont have meat you can use beans😊
