Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupdried okro powder
  2. 6maggi cub
  3. 1 tspvedan seasoning
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1onion, diced
  6. 2garlic
  7. 4scorchbonnet
  8. 3red small pepper (chilli)
  9. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  10. 1/2 tspspicy ginger
  11. Small potash
  12. headCow with leg
  13. Enough water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the cow head and leg very well,put in to the pot allow it to cook with a little water for 20mnt. Pour the broth in a clean bowl and keep aside

    Return the pot on fire,add palm oil,add chopped onion allow it to fry little. Pour the blended peppers cover and allow it to fry for 15mnt

    Then pour the broth in fried peppers, add the potash,seasoning maggi cubs,salt,ginger and vedan. Cover and allow to boil for another 15mnt

    Remove the pomo and set aside. Put the dried okro little by little and mix,it will draws automatically. Allow it to cook for 5mnt

    The dried okro soup is ready. Serve and enjoy with any kind of meal you want
