onions

curry powder
salt
groundnut oil for frying the fish

Cut and clean the fish properly

Rub the salt with curry powder and know tunes on it well

Fry the fish in the groundnut oil then fry the tomato and pepper paste with the onions season it a bit

Rub the fried sauce on the fish and wrap inside a foil paper
