  3. Stock fish and dried fish
  4. Assorted meat
  5. Ogiri
  6. Seasonings
  7. Palmoil
  8. Yellow pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your Ede... Very soft.... Pound in Mortal or use a blender... Set aside..boil your assorted meat add stock and dried fish add enough water to it.. Then add your yellow pepper, grinded crayfish, ogiri already dissolved in water...palm oil leave for abt 10mins mins... Then add your already pounded cocoyam bit by bit into the cooking soup.. Cover for some minute.. Then use your hands to cut the oha into the soup... Leave for 5min... Then the soup is ready
