Beef and Potato Sauce
Simple Tips1. Do not overcook the potatoes else it will become mushy when you stir it.2. Drain potatoes immediately after cooking. You may choose to lightly run it through tap or cold water in a colander in order to stop cooking process.3. The spices and seasoning in the beef and broth are enough for the sauce, but you may increase it after addition of potatoes.
