Ingredients

  1. 2onions roughly chopped
  2. 1 cupgram flour(besan)
  3. 2 tablespoonsrice flour
  4. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. as requiredOil for frying
  8. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the ingredients except and onions oil in a bowl and make a batter by adding water as required.

    The batter should be lump-free and not of running consistency.

    Heat oil for frying.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onions in the prepared batter and mix well.

  5. 5

    Take little portions and drop them into the hot oil. Keep the heat on medium

  6. 6

    When slightly cooked, turn over and increase the heat.

  7. 7

    Fry the pakodas till crisp and then take it out.

  8. 8

    Serve hot onion pakore with chutney or sauce.
