My mum have extra love for dambun shinkafa😂so i surprised her modernizing it adding cabbage,egg and green pepper,am glad everyone loves d taste😋❤lets get to kitchen🏃🏽‍♀️

Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice(grinded into small particles)
  2. Moringa leaves(dried or fresh)
  3. 1 cupgroundnut
  4. 5scotch bonnets
  5. 2large onions
  6. 1tspn curry(optional)
  7. 5seasoning cubes
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Groundnut Oil for serving
  10. 2eggs
  11. 1 cupslice cabbage
  12. 2green pepper
  13. Chilli powder(optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly take your rice to grinding or grind using ur grinder dat comes along with ur blender

  2. 2

    After grinding sieve and soak ur rice for 10mins

  3. 3

    Wash and ur moringa leaves and set aside

  4. 4

    Wash ur soaked rice,add the moringa leaves,groundut,salt,seasoning,curry,sliced onion and grated scotch bonnets mix thoroughly and add to ur steamer and steam for 30 mins

    When its done take it down,remove it from the steamer

  6. 6

    Fry your groundnut oil if u wish,add it to the steamed dambu and mix thouroughly

  7. 7

    Put some in the plate and garnish with cabbage,onion,sliced green pepper and ur egg

  8. 8

    Finally ur dambu is ready😋enjoy🤗
