Ingredients

  1. 2big size onions
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2 spoonGreen chilli paste
  4. 2 teaspoonJeera/cumin seeds
  5. 2 teaspoonajiwan/carrom seeds
  6. 1 teaspoondhaniya/coriander powder
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 2 spoonbesan/ gram flour
  9. As neededOil to deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Cut onions in thin slices. Then put it in a bowl add salt once water starts releasing add green chilli paste, jeera, dhaniya powder, ajiwan/carrom seeds, termeric powder mix it well.

    Add besan in a batch wise until you get soft dough(don't add water). Deep fry it in hot oil to get crispier onion pakora/Khandha Bhaji
