  1. 4 cupsBeans
  2. Palm oil
  3. Pepper
  4. Onions
  5. Ginger and garlic
  6. Driedfish
  7. cubeSeasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Pick, was and boil the beans till it's soft. Drop and wash again.

    Blend the pepper, ginger,garlic and onions together. Wash and debone the fish.

  3. 3

    Put the beans on fire add the fish,blended paste, salt seasoning cube, palm oil and water. Allow to cook. Cut the cabbage and wash. When it's cooked, add the cabbage and mix. Put off the heat and allow the cabbage to simmer.

    Wash and cut the cucumber and carrots. It will be eaten like snacks. My boy loves it so much.

    Time to pack the lunch.
