Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsbeans
  2. 1/2tspn of salt
  3. 8seasoning cube
  4. 1 sachetonga seasoning
  5. 1 sachetnutmeg powder
  6. Spices & curry
  7. Spinach
  8. Red palm oil
  9. Onions, scotch bonnet, carrot, peas
  10. Redpepper, tomatoes & onion pulp

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean pot, add the oil, spices, curry seasoning,salt peas & sliced carrot,set on heat & stir, add the nutmeg powder & onga stir for 2mins & closed for 2mins

    Parboil the beans for 30kims & drain, add it the mixture & stir thoroughly, add 3 more cups of water & allow it on low heat for about 7mins.
