    Blend your red peppers, scotch bonnet, onions and garlic in a blender

    Put on your flame on medium heat, add oil, garlic and onions fry for 2 minutes, add in your blended mixture and cover for 10 minutes to fry.

    After 10 minutes add enough water to the blended mixture allow it boil, with little potash.if boiled add in your beans followed by the seasoning of your choice and salt 😃 and cover it till the beans is well cooked.

    When the beans is cooked, add in your spinach and reduce the flame to low heat and cover it for good 5 minutes.... DONE😋
