Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Red pepper
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Onion
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. leafGreen
  8. Salt
  9. Seasoning
  10. Palm oil
  11. Portash

Cooking Instructions

    On a medium heat set your pot on fire and pour water into it to boil. If boil pour your beans and add little portash to it,after some minute if cook pour it into siever wash and keep aside.

    Set another pot on fire pour palm oil and onion fry for some minute and pour your granded scotch bonnet,red pepper,ginger,garlic and onion after some minute of frying add water to it.

    Add salt and seasoning to it,let it boil. If well boil pour your beans and let it cook very well.

    If cook and every taste is okay,then pour your green leaf and off your gas or bring the pot down cover it for some minute so that the green leaf will be well cook.
