Ingredients

Serving for two
  1. 3 Cupsbeans(brown)
  2. 1bulb on onions
  3. 3 piecesred pepper
  4. 5 gpalm oil
  5. 4 table spooncreyfish
  6. 3Mr chef seasoning cube (beef flavour)
  7. Halftuber of yam
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Water
  10. cucumber

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your onions and cut,pick your beans, ground your creyfish and pepper,also slice your cucumber and set them aside

    Light your cooker and pour water in it,allow it to boil

  3. 3

    Add your picked beans and boil for 5minutes

  4. 4

    After per boiling and washing the beans

  5. 5

    You put the pot on fire and add some water pour in your per boiled beans

  6. 6

    Add your onions grounded creyfish,salt,pepper, and seasoning cube

  7. 7

    Then cover the pot and cook for 50minutes

  8. 8

    Then add your already cutted yam and cover

  9. 9

    Cook for another 20minutes then add your palm oil

  10. 10

    Allow to cook for 1minute then your food is ready

  11. 11

    Garnish with cucumber and serve
