Cooking Instructions

Wash all meats and boil untill soft and tender,then add stuck fish n continue cooking for a while.Remove pot from fire n keep aside.dont forget to add some part of the onions,spices and seasons for a better taste

Put red oil in a separate pot n place on fire.Add the half way blended attarugu,chopped onions,grinded cry fish n grinded daddawa,a little chunks/poudered ofgarlic n a little ginger,Then allow to fry for a while on a moderate heat

Gently Pour into the pot the cooked meats with the fish.Add moderate seasonings and spices.stir an allowance to simmer for like 5mins

Add the washed and slice spinach leaves, turn soup well n remove from fire after 3-5mins.Can be served with all the swallows like tuwon shinkafa,pounded yam etc or even with boiled rice, fried/boiled yam or plantain and the rest
