  3. Onion
  4. Red pepper
  5. Green pepper
  6. Carrot
  7. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your plaintain cut and fry

    For the sauce slice your onion cut your carrot, green pepper while your pepper should be grind

    Add oil to your pan then add your onion fry for a minutes add your pepper, carrot, green pepper and seasoning turn it well then add little water and cover it for 5 minutes in a low hit
