Easy Cheese Watermelon 🍉 & Cucumber Salad with feta cheese tossed in Italian dressing
This is a summer salad but you can make it any season or any occasion! It’s going to be delicious!!
Cooking Instructions

Grab a peeler, a spoon, cutting board and your sharpest Chef Knife.

Grab your cucumber 🥒 peel off the skin. Slice the cucumber down the middle the long way. Open it up and scoop out the seeds. Now small dice the cucumber. Sit a side in a mixing bowl. Grab your watermelon 🍉. Small dice your watermelon just like the cucumber. Mix together.

Grab your blender if you don’t have a blender use a plastic quart container. First Add Red Wine Vinegar, then your herbs and lastly your olive oil. Mix well. Add a good amount of dressing mix in within salad.

Finally add the Feta Cheese at the top of your salad. Enjoy!!!
