Ingredients

  1. 2big pears
  2. 1 tinpeak milk

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your pear with water and salt, Peel the back of the pear, cut into pieces and put in your blender, pour your peak milk, blend on very high speed for 10 minutes and your smoothie is ready. Pour in your glass and enjoy with your family.

    Tips: You can blend with ice but I don't like my kids taking cold things.
