  1. 1peaches
  2. 1Mangos
  3. 1Pineapples
  4. 1Bananas
  5. 1Carrots
  6. 2/3Green tea
  7. 2 cupCrushed ice

Steps

  1. 1

    Add as much fruit or carrots as you like to the blender.

    Then add about 1/2-2/3 of Green tea or your favorite juice. Even water.

    Then 2 cups of ice. Again you can add less or more (:

    Add to the blender and mix!

    Mix some more!
