Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 4 tablespoonbutter
  3. 2 pcseggs
  4. to tasteSugar and salt
  5. 2 tinsardines
  6. 2green onions (chopped)
  7. 4 pcsRed pepper (chopped and a little blended)
  8. 1 1/2tspn of yeast
  9. 1tspn of baking powder
  10. Enough oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly you have to mix the flour,salt,yeast,baking powder and sugar together on a clean and dry bowl

    Then you add the butter and egg together...mix all together and then add water make sure you dont get lumbs

    Cover it for 30 mins for it to rise

    Look for a dry bread for your bread crumbs..smash it on a clean plate.

    Fry your blended red pepper, your chopped onions and green pepper and your sardine all together and put on 2 cubes of maggi just to taste

    When you done by that time the dough has risen..so bring on the dough and flatten it then you put the filling inside and roll it like you doing spring roll and cover it with egg

    After rolling it you brush it with egg and roll in a bread crumbs

  8. 8

    You fry it and your fish roll is ready to eat

What if U choose to bake it is still going to be the same procedure of preparation
