Cooking Instructions

    Wash cut and boil the meat with seasoning of choice then pound using a mortar

  2. 2

    In a heated pan,add 2 tablespoon of butter,let it melt then add the grinded peppers and chopped onions,add the pounded meat,vegies and a little water,season and close until the water is absorbed.
