Mum's Raspberry honey flapjacks

My mum's loves cooking and keeping her freezer full of produce from her allotment, she has taught me lot of her favourites over the years, I haven't made these in a long time and will add a picture the next time I do.

Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 200.c
- 2
Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with greaseproof paper.
- 3
In a pan on a medium heat melt the butter, adding the sugar, honey and salt, when the mixture starts to bubble stir in the oats.
- 4
Tip the mixture into the lined baking tin and sprinkle over the frozen rasperries, using the back of a spoon press the mixture down to level it out.
- 5
Bake in the oven for 30 mins, if you have a fan assisted oven it may only need 25 min, it should have a nice golden colour, take out the oven and set aside to cool, this should make 12 squares.
