    Wash and drain chicken

    In pot. Add water, minced garlic, ginger and onions. Add chopped pepper, bay leaves, curry and onion powder, salt and knorr chicken add chicken powder and coriander leaves. Marinate for 10 mins before boiling for 5mins After 5 mins of boiling, take and strain and fry for 10mins. Mince pepper and onions. Heat pan. Add oil, when hot add onions and pepper. Fry a little and add tomato paste. Add little chicken stock. Add butter, sugar And check taste. Adjust. Add Chicken and coat with sauce.

    Cook for 10mins. Take off heat and ganish with parsley and basil.
