Ingredients

  1. Water yam
  2. Salt
  3. Veg oil for Deep frying
  4. Grated pepper
  5. Grated onion
  6. Maggi

    Get ready with the ingredients

    Slice,peel and wash the water yam

  3. 3

    Great the yam with the use of the smaller surface of the grater

  4. 4

    Grated the onion also

  5. 5

    Then,add the salt,magi and pepper

  6. 6

    Slowly mix together so as to allow air,do not over mix

  7. 7

    Place a pan of oil on heat,allow it hot,scoop a spoonful of the yam mixture on it

  8. 8

    Allow it to golden fry,rmv from heat and continue doing that till finish

  9. 9

    Then serve, I served mine with sour cream
