Cooking Instructions

Kindly wash your Meat and cook it in a pot and heat on gas,after which you spice with salt,maggi,cryfish with little dry pepper and leave for 30mins for the meat to cook well.

Then start to wash and pound your fresh tomatoes and pepper to near to smooth and wash your okro

After the pounding, pour into the boiling meat,leave for another 20mins to boil. Make sure to stir well too. Then chop your okro down and pour. In 5mins,put off heat and ready to serve.
