Cooking Instructions

Pour your couscous into your steaming pot or use your small pot's lid,put some water then cover the water with the pot's lid,now steam in your couscous by covering the pot well giving no room for air to pass through.

Allow to steam for some mins at least 15mins.when steamed,add to a medium bowl,add in your blended bonnet, pepper and onions,add your seasonings nd spices including salt.lastly add your cut vegetable spinach nd combine them all..

Sprinkle some water to the mixture.use the pot you first steamed the couscous cook-steam the mixture like in the first phase in a low heat so that it will cook well and be soft..

When done add your sliced tomatoes and garnish.enjoy as lunch or dinner..

Recipe inspired by my Moroccan friends who have always had the most amazing way to prepare couscous... 🌍 I have them and my other Mediterranean friends to thank for discovering it.
