Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. Coconut milk
  3. 10balls of fresh pepper(diced)
  4. 1 tablespoonhot pepper (optional)
  5. 1mackerel fish
  6. 1/2 tablespooncurry
  7. 1/2 tablespoonthyme
  8. 1 cupfrozen carrots
  9. 2seasoning cubes
  10. 1/2of grounded crayfish
  11. 1large onion bulb
  12. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  13. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Season your fish with any spices for your choice. Add some water to get stock, Set on first and allow to cook for about 3mins and put down from fire and fry. Wash your rice thoroughly with salt and set aside.

    Set a pot of oil on fire, and your diced onion, fry till it's translucent. This should take about 2 to 3mins. Pour in your coconut milk, your fish stock and then your curry,thyme, seasoning cubes, crayfish, hot pepper, crayfish and salt to taste. Set on fire and bring to a boil.

    Stir in your washed rice and cover to cook till tender. Then stir in your carrots and fresh pepper. Cover it and leave for about 1 to minutes then stir together. Your rice is ready. Enjoy!
