Spaghetti with Cream Cheese Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Cut the bacon into small pieces.
- Dice the onion.
- Mince the garlic.
- Prepare the Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese. - 2
Boil water with a little salt, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente (about 90% done, as it will be cooked again in the cream sauce). Drain the pasta without rinsing with cold water.
- Heat a pan with butter, add minced garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant, then add the bacon and stir-fry together. - 3
Next, add the whole milk and bring to a boil. Then add the Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted. Season with a little salt and ground pepper, adjusting to your family's taste. Once the cream mixture is boiling, add the pasta and stir well to combine the ingredients. Taste again to ensure it suits your family's preference.

Cook and stir until the cream cheese sauce is absorbed into the pasta and slightly reduced, then turn off the heat. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with a little dried parsley and grated cheese, and enjoy. Yummy!!
