Ingredients

Serves 3-4 servings
  1. 1 1/3 lbspork shoulder
  2. as neededRed and yellow bell peppers,
  3. 1red onion
  4. 2green onions
  5. as neededCornstarch,
  6. Marinade
  7. 2 clovesminced garlic
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  9. as neededBlack pepper,
  10. 1whole egg
  11. 1 tablespooncornstarch
  12. Sweet and Sour Sauce
  13. 4 tablespoonssugar
  14. 4 tablespoonsketchup
  15. 4 tablespoonswhite vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the marinade with the pork pieces and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.

    Heat a pan with oil, then coat the marinated pork with cornstarch and pan-fry.

    Fry the pork on both sides until crispy and golden brown, then set aside. (If you prefer, you can deep-fry the pork instead.)
