Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 200 gpork shoulder slices
  2. 1/4onion
  3. 1/2small green bell pepper
  4. 1/2small red bell pepper
  5. 1/2small yellow bell pepper
  6. 1/8pineapple (optional)
  7. 1 packetsweet and sour sauce
  8. Marinade
  9. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  10. 1 teaspoonsoy paste
  11. 1 teaspooncornstarch or potato starch
  12. 1 teaspoonrice wine
  13. 1/10 teaspoonblack peppercorns

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients, clean and wash them; dice the onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and pineapple.

    Mix the pork slices with all the [Marinade] ingredients, and let them marinate for 10 minutes.

    Heat a pan over low heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and once hot, add the marinated pork slices.

    Pan-fry until both sides turn white.
