There is just something about this pancake which makes it to be unique,sweet,fluffy and also it can be stored in the fridge Incase you want to warm it in a microwave the next day or using your nonstick pan to warm it.It can also be eating with fish sauce,gizzard sauce,kidney or liver sauce,You can also glaze it with Nutella,honey,caramel syrup or any chocolate of your choice.

We use this pancake recipe most of the time. It's the right taste and fluffiness that u can find in most pancake shops and cafes. If u love to have a bigger piece, you can separate the yolks and the whites. Beat the whites into meringue and add to the batter last by folding it gently until it mixes or incorporated well. I got this recipe from Taste of Home Magazine years ago and I love it. Everytime I make pancakes, I always use this recipe.

And btw I made this with just half recipe, you just need to divide all of the ingredients by half of the measurements.
