Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 3large eggs
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 2 tbspvanilla essence
  6. 2 tbspmolten butter
  7. oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until you reach a smooth batter.

  2. 2

    In a heated pan, spray some oil then pour in 1 scoop of batter. spread around the pan. then flip and let the other side cook too

  3. 3

    Serve either hot or cold
