Ingredients

6servings
  1. 2big coconut
  2. 2 cupsSugar
  3. Melted chocolate

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the coconut and wash it three times

  2. 2

    Cut into pieces and blend it

  3. 3

    Remove excess milk away by squeezing it because we only need dry coconut shaft

  4. 4

    Place a sauce pan on a vrg low heat,add your surgar,allow it melt till it forms a golden caramel

  5. 5

    Pour the coconut shaft,stir it with d sugar,it will bcom thick,remove from heat

  6. 6

    Mould the coconut candy in a ball shape,do this and finish it as fast as possible

  7. 7

    Then,prepare your melted chocolate

  8. 8

    Roll the coconut ball in the chocolate, then it becomes glazed

  9. 9

    Serve with chill juices and smoothies
